A 70 bedroom independent hotel decided to review all aspects of their energy consumption. Our site energy audit identified opportunities to achieve savings totaling 17% of their existing energy and water bills through implementation of a range of energy efficiency measures. These included installing; optimisers on the heating and air conditioning systems, water conservation equipment and upgrading to energy efficient lighting. The cost of installation was recovered from energy savings achieved in 11 months.
