Targeted with reducing their energy costs, the client approached us for assistance. Following a complete energy audit, we identified savings for gas, water and electricity totaling £30,000 representing a 16% reduction in annual costs. The measures identified included water conservation equipment, high efficiency lighting and improvements to heating and air conditioning operation and controls. The total cost to implement the measures amounted to £28,000. In addition, we worked closely with the management at the health club to communicate to their members the environmental benefits of the changes.
